Carla Satin Slim Straight Pant - Splendid - Retired

Carla Satin Slim Straight Pant, purchased on February 16, 2018 through StichFix, was retired on August 31, 2020 at the age of 2 years and 6 months in The Bronx, New York. Carla Satin Slim Straight Pant was very loved and worn everywhere from work, to formal events, weekend adventures and to bed. Due to excessive wear she suffered several tears in the leg seams, fraying and other signs of over-wearing.

Story:

I bought these pants from my first StichFix package. Normally, I wouldn't spend so much money on lounge pants, but after trying them on, I decided to keep them because they're comfortable, feel luxurious and don't attract cat hair.

One of the things I'm tracking as part of my Wardrobe Science Project is how often I change out of my work clothes into loungewear during the week. I've noticed that I'm more productive and relaxed if I take a few minutes when I get home to do something that signals a change in environment. These pants have become a staple for my post-work outfits during the week.
